Overview
Discover the untamed beauty of Canada’s Great Bear Rainforest at Farewell Harbour Lodge, where West Coast hospitality meets extraordinary wildlife encounters.
Nestled on 50 acres of forested land in the heart of the Broughton Archipelago, this family-owned lodge is at the epicentre of one of the most biologically active regions on the coast. Daily adventures by boat are led by passionate expert guides and take you deep into the surrounding fjords to witness the local wildlife – from foraging grizzly bears in pristine estuaries to pods of wild orca and humpback whales breaching in the Pacific waters.

The main lodge features comfortable lounge and dining room, bar, and a large brick fireplace with windows overlooking the ocean. Enjoy views from the expansive wrap-around deck, the boardwalk along the shore, and the surrounding trails.
All guest rooms feature beautiful ocean views, along with natural cedar and local art giving a relaxing ‘west coast’ feel.
